Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by SinglesGifts.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any service, you (“client,” “you”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Service

All services offered on this website are digital, time-based, and personalized 1-on-1 conversation services.

Due to the nature of these services, once time has been scheduled or a session has begun, the service is considered consumed.

2. No Refund After Session Begins

Once a scheduled session has started, all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of duration used or client satisfaction.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 hours before scheduled session:
    You may request a full refund or reschedule.
  • Less than 24 hours before scheduled session:
    No refund will be issued.
    A one-time reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend or respond at the scheduled time:

  • The session will be considered completed and used
  • No refund or reschedule will be provided

5. Late Arrival

If you arrive late:

  • The session will still end at the originally scheduled time
  • No extension or refund will be provided

6. Technical Issues

  • If a session cannot proceed due to a technical issue on our side, you will be offered either:
    • A full refund, or
    • A rescheduled session
  • If the issue occurs on the client’s side (e.g., internet, device, app issues),
    the session will be considered valid and non-refundable

7. Conduct & Termination

We reserve the right to end any session immediately if the client engages in:

  • Disrespectful behavior
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Inappropriate or offensive conduct

In such cases:

  • The session will be terminated
  • No refund will be issued

8. Packages & Multi-Session Plans

For weekly, weekend, or multi-session plans:

  • All purchased sessions are non-refundable once the plan begins
  • Unused sessions cannot be refunded
  • Limited rescheduling may be allowed within the plan period, subject to availability

9. Payment & Agreement

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy
  • You agree to all terms stated above
  • You understand the nature of digital, time-based services
